Announcement of Additional Acquisition of Shares in Domestic UAV Manufacturer EAMS Robotics
We are pleased to announce that our company has subscribed to and invested in a third-party allotment of new shares by EAMS Robotics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture; CEO: Eiji Soya; hereinafter referred to as “EAMS”).
This follows our previous acquisition of shares from Kikuchi Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hachioji City, Tokyo; Code: 3444), and we have now acquired additional shares. Moving forward, we will collaborate in areas such as technology exchange and UAV development, striving to create new value and contribute to solving societal issues, starting with logistics.
